Overview
Yolla Group is a real estate development and management firm in Uluwatu, Bali, established in 2021. They sought our support in developing a brand strategy and visual identity system for their three brands, Yolla Group, Yolla Hospitality and Yolla Villas.
Shifting perceptions and changing behaviours
Following a brand discovery session, we discovered that impeccable quality and credibility aren’t merely dictated but reside within the shared beliefs and practices of those who perceive “the Yolla Group way.”
Building a gate to paradise
Despite Bali’s widespread recognition and appeal for property ownership, the process of acquiring a truly exquisite and high-quality piece of the island remains elusive to many.
This is the driving force behind our concept of an aesthetic visual identity for Yolla Group; to position them as the ”Gateway to Paradise”, embodying individuals’ aspirations to indulge in the beauty and allure of Bali.
Outcomes
Inspired from the concept of a “Gateway to Paradise,” our exploration of visual aesthetics guided us towards the embrace of the art deco style. Characterized by bold geometric shapes and graceful lines, Art Deco exudes a refined elegance and luxury that resonates with audiences.
Our adoption of the Art Deco style amplifies the perception of meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship, elevating its appeal. This underscores Yolla Group’s steadfast dedication to quality and precision, perfectly aligning with their core essence.
Aligned with Yolla Group’s new strategic direction, we’ve crafted brand architecture, strategically adjusting brand colors and business names beneath the logotype to ensure consistency within each business unit.
Additionally, we’re entrusted with managing the social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency is maintained across all channels.
